We have set up a complaints portal where information and complaints on human rights and environmental risks and violations of human rights and environmental obligations can be reported.

What should be reported?
Possible human rights or environmental violations should be reported in the complaints portal. These include, in particular, corruption, anti-competitive behavior, embezzlement, theft and all other criminal acts and violations.
What happens to the complaints and notes?
Once the information and complaints have been received, they are examined by the competent body. Where possible, the responsible office will then contact the person providing the information in order to discuss the facts of the case and initiate the necessary measures to clarify the matter.

The NWI Group expressly acknowledges its responsibility to ensure respect for human rights and the protection of the environment in its business activities and along its supply chains. This policy statement is based on the requirements of the German Supply Chain Duty of Care Act (LkSG), international human rights standards, including the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and recognized environmental standards.
Our aim is to minimize the human rights and environmental risks in our value chain and to build sustainable business relationships.
